MACAB, Death Princess

The LATINE GANG

KAYDEN PHOENIX - The Creator/Writer

Kayden Phoenix is a third generation Chicana from East LA. She was raised with the best movies from the 90's - Disney princesses and action films. After creating A LA BRAVA, Universe of Latina Superheroes, she delved into princesses so all ages can see themselves fairly in media.

PHINEAS CONRAD - The Penciller

Phineas Conrad is a mysterious Mexican freelance artist who is looking for opportunities to get ahead in the difficult situation of his country. The family economic limitations, coupled with not living in a big city has cost him a lot to show off his talent, so lately he's using the networks to help give life to other projects and finally start his own.

Phineas is a person that part of his goals is to help make the dreams of others come true and in this case he wants to support the talent of women who have something to tell. He enjoys classical music and studying the lives of classical composers.

ASTER SANTIAGO- The Inker

Aster Santiago is a Mexico City born and based digital artist and  animator. They’ve been working on honing their skills as a storytelling  artist since ever  they could first hold a pencil, and have spent the last few years of  their life trying to migrate to the United States to live with their wife, so stories about migration and the interconnectedness between the Mexican diaspora, queerness and perceived womanhood are very dear to their heart.

ESTEFANIA ARTEAGA -The Colorist

Estefania Arteaga is a Mexican Character Designer from Tabasco, México with a graphic design degree from Anahuac University.

Although raised in a conservative family constantly surrounded by the classic Mexican machismo, Estefania focused on playing video games and her powerful mom; who's a full time worker and will forever be a superhero to her and an example on how to face challenges in Mexican modern society as a woman.

Because of her mom, Estafania likes to represent strong female characters in her illustrations to inspire women to feel strong and be their authentic self's.

SANDRA ROMERO - The Letterist

Sandra Romero is a first generation Mexican-American graphic designer based in Southern California.

Growing up, she was drawn to powerful female role models in cartoons and media.  Sandra values her relationship and friendship with her mother. Following her mother's advice, she pursued higher education to be able  to work on art, graphics, and work on projects with female leads for  other little girls.
